LATINX POP ART

Mundo Arte Gallery is hosting a new exhibition “LatinX Pop Now”. An exhibition curated by Marco Caridad which highlights seven infleuntial latinamerican artists. Through this, the artists examine and make a social critique to consumerism from diverse perspectives. 

It will be open to the public from july 13th to august 24th 2024, with an exlcusive inauguration happening on july 13th from 6 to 9pm. The participating artists – Edo, Polito, r10, Edel Rodrígez, Daniela Sanchez Vegas, Ciro Quintana and Oscar Villalobos – explore cultural identity, consumerism habits and their social impact in Miami. These art pieces are meant to reflex upon on how society shapes our habits, from fashion to food like arepas or coffee.
